4. There is meaning
All your questioning, wondering, pain and voids haven't been for naught. They had purpose. They brought you to look and find meaning beneath the surface exterior of our lives. Beauty and harmony do the same. All lead to the divine and it all has meaning, even if we don't understand what that is. Just knowing there is meaning is reward in itself.
Ancient Jews' biggest fear was 'nothingness.' With nothingness, no thing really matters. The universe has no design, no structure, no theme to it. Nothing counts. It is a scary place to be. There is no real reason for anything, or to do anything. It is all arbitrary and individual.
Meaning reverses nothingness. Even if the meaning is not fully known there still is some purpose to living.
The suffering, the unexplained loneliness, the dread, all were not just random feelings. They were prodding us to find meaning out from the seeming randomness. With meaning 'nothing' becomes 'something.'
